It's been like a year since I've been here, so things may have changed, but when I was there the food was excellent and the service was really friendly. Takeout was easy to order online and pick up, and it's always nice to have options at a hotel that aren't just the overpriced hotel restaurant. The vibe is definitely very modern, but it still feels comfortable and like dining in would be a fun experience.

Visited for their Happy Hour, which runs 5:00 to 7:00 PM, and enjoyed their diverse range of options. I felt the plates were portioned fairly, with the karaage and potatoes being best value for the price. The Tokyo potatoes are mochi-style and its accompanying sauce is a great complement to the flavor. I liked the short rib skewers; the beef was seasoned and cooked well. Unpictured, but I also got their Fuji Apple Sangria which was delicious. Our waitress was very helpful in recommending which drink to choose and service was very strong and attentive. Price-wise, it does steer on the higher end so it's not my first-choice happy hour. However, I do think the food quality matches the atmosphere for the restaurant and you receive a delicious meal for what you're paying.

This was better than I had expected! They have a ton of unique items and the general design of the restaurant is also quite stylish! I definitely enjoyed the appetizer and entree and would love to come back sometime to try some of their other dishes!

Came back after 7 years (according to yelp). They had a menu revamp since then, and they still do happy hour only at the bar / the top of the restaurant. They have a lot of different things on their happy hour menu now (like fried chicken and hand rolls). They also have an assortment of drinks. The green lite is a really delicious sake and yuzu drink I could easily drink by the pitcher. The happy hour food was all large portions, and I was so full afterwards. We got both fried chicken (bites and sandwich) cause duh. The best part of the meal was the fried potatoes; they were like bite sized and a mochi doughnut texture. I've never had something with that exact texture, and I have been thinking about them nearly every day since I've been here (2+ weeks). Will return ASAP for 5 orders of these.

This place is so adorable! I would to come here with a big group so I can sit at one of the pods. Great design and a lot of interesting things to look at. All the food was amazing! I would love to try more of their sushi next time I visit Philly. The tuna fat belly was simple but great quality fish. The Tokyo potatoes are delicious with the sauce. It has some mochi flour in it so it has a nice texture and chew to it. The noodles have so much flavor to them. I took the broth home and ate it over some more noodles. Our server was super informative and helped us make a decision from the extensive menu. Definitely recommend , options for everyone to eat
